Fourth of July is around the corner and I’m thinking about what I want to make. We’re going to a party and the host has asked us to bring sides. I’m thinking salads and hors d’ouvre platters. They both travel well and serve the masses. Most of the salads and platters in this post have been on our blog page prior, but they’re perfect for summer feasting – particularly if you’re hosting a party or needing to bring something to one you’re attending. In looking through this line-up, I’m noticing these are easy, make-ahead recipes, so that makes life a little easier for the holiday. I’ve also included a couple of dressings for you to consider, as well. They may say “spring” or “fall” dressings, but they’re perfect anytime, really.
