This soup, as many of you know, is our biggest seller and the best soup on the planet!  For anyone new to Pepper & Salt Kitchen – please give this one a try!  It’s just an amazing combination of Thai spices, fresh vegetables and delectable grilled chicken swirling in an organic coconut broth infused with lemongrass and chilis. We’ve crafted what we hope to be as authentic as possible without having lime trees and galangal growing in our backyard!  Our version is made with bamboo shoots, baby bok choy, spinach, shiitakes and crimini mushrooms, red bell peppers, Thai red chilis, fresh organic garlic, onion, organic scallions, fresh organic ginger, fresh lemongrass, kaffir leaves, galangal, fish sauce, fresh turmeric, organic cilantro, organic coconut milk and organic vegetable stock. Finished with Thai gai yang grilled chicken marinated in fresh lime, garlic, sesame oil and chilis ~ and it comes with scented jasmine rice garnished with fresh Thai basil. Best soup on the planet!
