Inspired by the traditional Greek lemon chicken soup, our version highlights fresh, herbaceous notes simmered in an organic chicken broth. This broth is infused with farm fresh eggs and fresh organic lemons, which gives it a creamy, but light consistency. To the broth we add organic spinach, organic carrots, sautéed organic leeks, onions, organic thyme and oregano and finish with citrus herb marinated roasted chicken, orzo, organic dill and Italian parsley.
