Dublin Chowder is a Capital C comfort food. Despite it being the most traditional St. Patrick’s Day soup, it gets a lot of requests throughout the year. It’s really good anytime, but particularly fun to have during St. Patrick’s Day week.

Made with savory organic chicken broth simmered with organic yukons, organic green cabbage, spring baby spinach, organic locally sourced leeks, onions, garlic and shallots, fresh organic thyme, herbs de Provence and cracked black pepper. Blended and finished with cream, lots of smoky bacon and organic parsley.  Serve with your favorite pint or a nice crisp sauvignon blanc. If — and we mean IF you have any left, it freezes really well!
