Today is not only my Bobeena’s birthday, but apparently it’s National Bagels and Lox Day as well.
Best bagels and lox I’ve ever had was in Las Vegas. Yep. We lived there for 3 years and often had brunch at this place (can’t remember the name!) off the beaten path that had the best poached eggs, lox and bagels. It was amazing. Now that’s all I can think about. Probably this weekend’s brunch item.
