A witch’s green brew that’ll make your toes curl! This version of our Thai green curry soup is mega-loaded with greens to make it even more greeeeeen! Made with organic savory vegetable stock, organic coconut milk, imported Thai green curry, baby bok choy, organic baby spinach, organic peas, julienne organic red bell peppers, bamboo shoots, Thai basil, organic cilantro, fresh organic garlic, fresh organic ginger, lemongrass, kaffir leaves, fresh lime juice, a schooch of organic sugar and organic tamari. Finished with ginger sesame tamari marinated organic tofu, We sell it with a container of fragrant jasmine rice garnished with fresh leafy green Thai basil. If you can find some, it goes great with Chang beer. Also delicious with a crisp cold pinot blanc.

This curry is often referred to Gaeng Keow Wahn in Thai, which translates to “sweet green curry”. Green curry is probably as warm as it’s red curry cousin, but the spice levels are calmed down by the sweetness and richness of coconut milk and in our version the greens add a particular balance. Best enjoyed with scented jasmine rice and your favorite beer.
