IRISH CHEDDAR MAC with GREEN HERB BREADCRUMB TOPPING

This is just as good as our SIX Cheese Mac, but made with SEVEN cheeses – in case you were wondering. We have been making this St. Patrick’s Day version for the last 12 years. The buttery herb breadcrumb topping is what really ties it all together. Our version of this cheesy concoction is made with a sharp, aged Irish cheddar, Irish smoky bleu, Tillamook sharp cheddar, Tillamook Jack, Fontina, Gruyere and Romano cheeses melted into a mixture of organic milk, heavy cream, nutmeg, caramelized organic shallots, organic leeks, organic thyme, butter, whole grain mustard and finished with our organic green herb breadcrumb topping.

Grab your favorite ale or lager, make a big arugula and spinach salad with a light vinaigrette for an easy, but over-the-top meal.
