GREEK INSPIRED VEGGIE CHOP SALAD with CRUMBLED FETA & LEMON TAHINI DILL DRESSING

$ 14.00

Don’t let the picture fool you. This is a BIG salad! Our chopped Greek inspired vegetable salad is soooo good. We’ve decided this is on a regular rotation at our house this summer — especially when the heirloom tomatoes are harvested! Made with mixed organic greens topped with crisp chopped organic cucumbers, diced romas, chopped kalamata and black olives, roasted organic dill garbanzos, sliced red onion, fresh herb chop and crumbled feta cheese. Packaged with our own lemon tahini dill dressing. It easily serves two and goes perfectly with our Sun-dried Tomato Basil Soup offering this week!

SALAD STRETCHER IDEA:

If you end up with a little salad left over, it can easily be transformed into a delicious wrap or flatbread. A little hummus spread on a tortilla (or flatbread) topped with your leftover salad ingredients, a drizzle of the tahini dill dressing and a sprinkling of toasted chopped walnuts or pistachios. Simple but super good meal!
