A great treat for Halloween week!
Made with Tillamook sharp cheddar, Tillamook Jack, imported Havarti, Emmanthaler, Gruyere and Asiago cheeses
melted into a gooey creamy mixture with organic milk, organic cream,
whipped homegrown roasted organic butternut squash, nutmeg, organic thyme,
shallot, garlic, butter and generously poured over macaroni pasta.

FUN HALLOWEEN IDEA FOR DINNER OR PARTY:

SIX Cheese Mac Stuffed Orange Bell Peppers ~ Heat oven to 375. Cut the tops of peppers, leaving stem in tact. You’ll be using tops later so don’t discard! Clean out seeds. Lightly rub each pepper with olive oil. Sitting upright, carve each bell pepper like you would a Halloween pumpkin (eyes, nose, mouth). Stuff each bell pepper with Pepper & Salt SIX Cheese Mac.

Top with additional cheese or even bacon or breadcrumbs if so desired.
Place bell pepper top back on and bake on lightly greased sheet pan for 20 – 30 minutes.

Bell pepper should keep its festive shape and look.
